Always wanted to make bubble tea at home, but never wanted wait over 20 minutes for the tapioca to cook? Then you've found the right place. 

Our tapioca pearls cook in just 5 minutes! (Recipe)

Simply cook the tapioca in boiling water for 3 minutes on medium heat and then let it steep for 2 minutes with no heat and you're good to go. (100ml of water per 10g of tapioca)

Mix in some cane sugar if you want your tapioca to be sweet.
