How to Make Classic Milk Tea

INGREDIENTS

CANE SUGAR SYRUP
(2 TBSP)

CREAMER POWDER
(3 TBSP)

ICE (1 CUP)

TAPIOCA (4 TBSP)

WATER
(250ML + 400ML)

YOUR CHOICE OF TEA
(1 TEA BAG)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil 250ml of water. Steep tea for 2-5 minutes. (Remove tea bag when done). Mix In 3 tbsp of creamer powder and 1 tbsp of cane sugar syrup.

Boil 400ml of water in a pot. Stir tapioca until they begin to float. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Turn off heat and steep tapioca for 2 minutes. Drain and mix tapioca with 1 tbsp of cane sugar syrup (Substitute with sugar of your choice, or none at all).

Pour tapioca into a cup, and add in 1 cup of ice. Then pour in the milk tea. Stir well.
