CANE SUGAR SYRUP
TAPIOCA (4 TBSP)
Boil 400ml of water in a pot. Stir tapioca until they begin to float. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. (Boil 100ml of water per tbsp of tapioca)
Turn off heat and steep tapioca for 2 minutes. Drain and mix tapioca with 1 tbsp of cane sugar syrup (Substitute with sugar of your choice, or none at all).
And that's it. Your tapioca is ready to be served.
